• One account per phone number is allowed.

3. Booking Services

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service merchant.
• Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings.
• Cancellation policies vary by merchant and service type.

4. Identity Verification

For security purposes, we may require identity verification using government-issued documents. You agree to provide authentic documents and understand that providing fraudulent documents may result in account termination and legal action.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of each booking.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your transactions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Use automated systems to access the service.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through our Delete Account page. Upon admin approval, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 90 days. Any pending bookings will be cancelled.

8. Limitation of Liability

Booking Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
