1. Overview
At Booking Management, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every booking. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for bookings made through our platform.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Cancellation of a booking before the cancellation cut-off window (varies by merchant and product).
- The product or service was not delivered as promised.
- The product was received in a damaged, defective, or non-functional condition.
- Booking was cancelled by the merchant or due to unavailability.
- Duplicate or accidental payment.
3. Cancellation Window
- Cancelled 48+ hours before start: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancelled 24–48 hours before start: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before start: No refund (subject to merchant's discretion).
- No-show: No refund will be issued.
Specific cancellation rules may be displayed on the product page and override the defaults above.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Open the app and go to Bookings.
- Select the booking and tap Cancel or Request Refund.
- Choose a reason and submit the request.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of approval.
- The amount typically reflects in your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- UPI and wallet refunds usually complete within 24–48 hours.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Service fees and convenience charges (where applicable).
- Bookings explicitly marked as "non-refundable" on the product page.
- Custom or personalized services already commenced.
- Late cancellations and no-shows.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may raise a dispute by contacting our support team within 7 days of the decision. We will review the case and provide a final response within 5 business days.
