1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to rental products delivered to you through Booking Management. As most of our products are rentals, returns refer to the process of sending the rented product back to the merchant at the end of your booking period.

2. Standard Returns (Rental End)

  • Returns must be initiated on or before the booking end date.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, free from damage other than reasonable wear and tear.
  • All accessories, packaging, manuals, and tags must be returned along with the product.
  • You must be available at the pickup address during the agreed return window.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via the app under the booking details.
  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  • Our team will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the case.

4. Return Process

  1. Open the app and tap Initiate Return on your booking.
  2. Confirm the pickup address and slot.
  3. You will receive an OTP to share with the delivery agent at pickup.
  4. Once verified, the return is marked complete and the booking is closed.

5. Late Returns

  • Returns initiated after the booking end date may incur a late fee, calculated on a per-day basis as defined by the merchant.
  • Repeated late returns may result in restrictions on your account.

6. Damage and Loss Charges

  • Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear may be charged based on the merchant's damage assessment.
  • Lost or unreturned items will be charged at their replacement value as listed by the merchant.
  • You will be notified of any such charges before they are applied, with supporting evidence.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as consumables, hygiene-sensitive items, or services already rendered are not eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
