1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how products booked through Booking Management are delivered to you and the timelines you can expect.

2. Service Areas

  • Delivery is currently available in select cities and pin codes. Availability is checked at the time of booking based on the delivery address.
  • If a product cannot be delivered to your area, you will be notified before payment.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Same-day / Scheduled delivery: Products are delivered on the booking start date within the chosen time slot.
  • Next-day delivery: For bookings made after the merchant's daily cut-off time, delivery may be scheduled for the next available day.
  • Estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if any, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Charges may vary based on distance, product size, and delivery slot.
  • Free delivery may be offered on select products or promotions.

5. Delivery Process

  1. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a delivery confirmation with the tentative slot.
  2. The delivery agent will contact you before arrival.
  3. You must share the OTP shown in the app with the delivery agent to mark the delivery as complete.
  4. Inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any issue immediately.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable at the address during the agreed slot, the agent may attempt redelivery once.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable charges as per the cancellation policy.
  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of booking.

7. Identity Verification

For high-value bookings, the delivery agent may verify the recipient's identity using a government-issued ID. The booking name should match the recipient.

8. Pickup & Returns

For rental products, pickup at the end of the booking is arranged through the same logistics network. See our Return Policy for full details.
